Full paper submission

Full papers follow a peer review process managed by the editor and assessed by members of the Scientific Committee. In order to provide attendees with a copy of the Proceeding at the conference final versions of full papers MUST be submitted according to the editor instructions. Please read the Editor’s Advice and Author Instructions documents BEFORE starting the preparation of your full paper.

Please note that you have to be registered (and have paid) by March 31^st 2013. All papers of authors for oral presentation who have not registered by then will be removed from the Proceedings. If you are not presenting the work yourself, please make sure that the presenting author of your paper has been registered! Only Full or Student registered attendees can present a communication with a maximum of two (either oral or poster).

Poster abstract and image submission

Those abstracts accepted for poster presentation (including those moved from oral communication after the revision process) are prompted to send a final abstract to be published in a “Book of posters abstracts” publication with its corresponding ISBN. Please read poster abstract instructions and prepare the abstract using the template supplied. Deadline for final abstract submission is April 30^th 2013. When finished, please, email the abstract to ECPA2013@udl.cat.

For the poster itself, use the provided Poster Guidelines to keep the standards of the conference. You will find all the instructions inside the poster-like document (Poster Guidelines pdf file). Look, some aspects of the poster must be fixed: the frame colour (according to the session), the header above conference banner, the minimum font size and the general distribution of the contents.  However, feel free to personalize the rest since the other comments are only suggestions.  Furthermore, we want to ease your workload by supplying MSPowerpoint® templates.  Please, choose your template according to the session in which your poster communication has been included (in short, you will be communicated which session your poster will be included in). As you will see choosing your corresponding template, some sessions have been grouped into a more general topic. There, you will find the header, the optimized fonts and general structure already prepared.

This time we would like to publish an image of the final poster next to the each abstract to make the Book of Poster Abstracts publication more attractive, so send us the poster abstract as well as an attached pdf image of the definitive poster. Remember that the deadline for poster submission to be included in the publication is also April 30^th 2013.

ATTENTION!! A poster printing service is offered at 20€. Deadline for poster submission to be printed in Lleida is April 30^th 2013. Abstracts submitted

Abstract submission has been really successful. More than 275 abstracts from 38 different countries around the world have been received. Some figures are displayed to show you where abstracts are coming from.

The abstract review process has already started. We will contact the authors by October 20^th with information on acceptance or rejection of the communications.
