Attention!!! If you register (and pay) by February 28^th 2013 (“Early” registration) you will save money. Notice that there are different registration options, please choose the appropriate one.

You can also arrange your accommodation. Note that the conference organization will not make hotel reservations for you.To help you with the hotel reservations, we have pre-booked rooms at the nearest hotels to the conference venue in Lleida (approx. 10 min walking). You can find the list of hotels with information and rates in the above mentioned web page. Although you can take advantage of special rates for the ECPA conference, we cannot guarantee that this will be the cheapest offer.

Remember that the abstract submission period is already opened and the deadline is September 9^th 2012. Poster and oral communications follow different processes. In order to guarantee the academic quality of the proceedings, a scientific committee is being formed for peer reviewing of oral communications. This committee is chaired by Dr. John Stafford (current president of the International Society of Precision Agriculture -ISPA- and co-editor of the scientific journal Precision Agriculture) as the editor of the 9^th ECPA proceedings.

Different activities are being planned during and after the conference period, pay attention to the conference website updates for news.
