Sponsorship


We are offering companies and institutions with an interest in PA to sponsor the conference. If you wish to sponsor the conference, please do not hesitate to contact us: ECPA2013@udl.cat

There will be three sponsor types:

A - Gold sponsorship includes:

2 full registrations to the congress
Large logotype of the enterprise at the “Golden Sponsors” section of congress website
Large logotype at the “Golden Sponsors” section of the proceedings book*
Large logotype at the congress documentation case
Possibility of including enterprise publicity at the case
Possibility of 6 m2 conditioned exhibition space.
Verbal recognition of your sponsorship at the plenary meetings
Possibility to give a 20 minutes technical oral communication about new developments
Preference to participate in the Field Demo**

B - Silver sponsorship includes:

1 full registration to the congress
Medium logotype of the enterprise at the “Silver Sponsors” section of congress website
Medium logotype at the “Silver Sponsors” section of the proceedings book*
Medium logotype at the congress documentation case
Possibility of including enterprise publicity at the case
Possibility of 6 m2 conditioned exhibition space
Verbal recognition of your sponsorship at the plenary meetings
Possibility to participate in the Field Demo**

Contribution...................... 3.000 euros

C- Bronze sponsorship includes:

Small logotype of the enterprise at the “Bronze Sponsors” section of congress website
Small logotype at the “Bronze Sponsors” section of the proceedings book*
Small logotype at the congress documentation case
Verbal recognition of your sponsorship at the plenary meetings
Possibility to participate in the Field Demo**

Contribution......................1.000 euros

*    Deadline to be included in the Proceedings is 31st March.
**  Places are limited and will be assigned on a first come - first serve basis, with preference given to gold sponsors.
